Instead of the usual hot water process, we use a cold water infusion process over a period of about 20 to 24 hours. Using cold water makes the extraction of coffee much slower and therefore more selective. Imagine a delicious, rich and creamy cold coffee with subtle chocolate notes. Almost without bitterness and acidity our Nitro Cold brew coffee is a treat on hot summer days.
